Immense support from management, they encourage in every possible way to improve our skill. There is work life balance, work satisfaction, flexibility. It is amazing especially for freshers. management treats freshers as new babies, and teach everything from scratch. Employees are taken care, and heard. No politics. Good work environment. Best organisation to work with.

Request to the freshers not to join the company! They DNT have a proper vision for the business development executives. Your learning ability will be Zero, and the management treat's u like a NULL SET. They DNT know what they are trying to do with business development and later come and ask what gave you done

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
