Not a great place to work, disappointing experience. I joined dEEVOiR hoping to contribute my skills and grow in my role, but unfortunately the experience has been far from positive. - Misaligned job responsibilities: I was hired for a specific role, yet was consistently asked to perform task outside my expertise. This lack of clarity in job roles made it difficult to thrive or contribute meaningfully. - Poor management and workplace culture: The management team lacks proper communication and leadership skills. There is little to no respect for employees, and bad behavior is often tolerated. The workplace felt toxic, with employees not feeling valued. - High attrition rate: In my time here, I've witnessed a significant turnover-around 18/19 employees leaving within a span of 8-9 months, despite the small size of the company (capacity of about 6 employees). This speaks volumes about the work environment. - Lack of project stability: Several project partners have backed out, and the instability adds to the stress. The lack of secure and stable projects has been a major issue. - Short employee tenure: Is rare for anyone to last more than a year here. If you're looking for an opportunity to witness how poorly an employer can treat their employees, this place would certainly provide that experience. - Disturbance during the lunch breaks: There is constant disruption during lunch hours. Most of the time, 'urgent' work conveniently arises exactly during lunch, which prevents employees from taking a proper break. - Unreasonable working hours: While the official office hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Employees are expected to arrive by 9:45 AM and are often discouraged from leaving at 7:00 PM. Even though staying late for urgent tasks is sometime necessary, here it seems like there's always extra work that suddenly pops up right at the end of the day. This happens almost daily, severely affecting work-life balance. - Taking leaves is frowned upon: Availing leave, even compensatory off days, that employees are entitled to, is treated like a crime. these leaves cannot be taken on weekdays, making it incredibly difficult to balance personal and professional life, - Constant scolding for minor mistakes: Employees are frequently reprimanded for the smallest mistakes, which creates a hostile and high-stress work environment. The level of micromanagement is unbearable. Overall, I would not recommend this company for anyone seeking a long-term career or a supportive work environment. There are definitely better opportunities out there.

Payscale is decent but increment is depend upon project we covered. my job satisfaction is less and doing extra activities beyond my work profile.
