...hat I'm a part of such an organisation who really look after to their employees. In this pandemic even I was thinking it might happen that we will face some salary deduction, ofcourse! It's recession going all over the world, employees are getting fired from there organisation. But Deepija Telecom Private Limited have not done this with us. They are supporting us a lot. We are getting our salaries on time and even they are making us feel like Life is more important other than anything in this world.

Luckily I didn't face anything that negetive here. Ofcourse! All the days can't be a sunshine for anyone.

Although company has grown over the period of time, but the enthusiasm in the top management is unlimited, as if just started a company. They back their employees and always looking for the best in them. They have regards and respect for their old employees, and the new employee feels like another home where elder takes care of them when working with them. Give ears to their employees if they want to come up with new product thinking and latest technologies.

From the salary perspective yes it could be better according to the technical and experience-wise.

...re maintaining good communication and co-ordination for their internal works. 2. Especially, We got the 100% Salary as usual in COVID-19 also. 3. Work Environment is good & Job Security. 4. Work from Home facility is given by Management. 5. Management is very friendly & I like Our Director view very much and he is very cool as well as good decision maker according to situation. 6. Internal Team helping is good when we are in Leave.

I really don't have negativity but Management is thinking about internal individual security due to some people & i feel it is not correct.

They are giving more pressure to the employees and if you want to work here then leave your family and give your 24/7. You will not get any support from the management and no one wants to listen to your problems. They treat employees as servants and I would recommend not to work here. Thanks

...ompany. There is s lot of politics snd management doesn't address our issues. Coming to the salary part, sorry but you will not get good salary here.

I had the unfortunate experience of working at Deepija Telecom, and I must say it was the worst professional environment I have encountered, it was evident that the company lacked the basic elements needed for a healthy and productive workplace. the management seemed disorganized and detached, leaving employees feeling undervalued, targeted, and unsupported, communication was virtually non-existent, leading the confusion and frustration among team members. Additionally, there was a distinct lack of respect for work-life balance, long hours and unreasonable expectations were the norm , which led to burnout and a high turnover rate. the over all company culture is toxic, with little emphasis on employee well-being and growth, It is clear that profit took precedence over the welfare of its staff. also the policies are very worst frequently they changing the leave policy without any notification, if you trying to work out of the box they dont care dont respect, based on my experience, I would strongly advise against seeking employment at deepija Telecom, there are undoubtedly better opportunities available elsewhere, where your talents and contributions will be valued and respected.
