It was very good experience. Company provide very good training. Within 6 months I learn working of all instrument and classical chemistry.

Deepak novochem is one of the very poor company in my life, all top management people like director and CEO Mr Ghumaste and Mr Sawant are very foolish persons, immediately director should take serious action on them. Every year more than 50% employee's resign the job. In future no employee should prefer this company.

DNTL IS fastest growing company. Company having strong R&D base and strong product portfolio. Company is working on excellence to achieve the technological improvement. Safely and environment is the integrated part for each improvement.

Good work culture, 1) company' treatment for employees during COVID 19 is amazing when most of MNCs treated there employees very badly. 2) The way management treated there employees during Chiplun flood is amazing. 3) Management always gives second chance to employees to prove Above all things touched heart, and going to lifetime experience.. Rating doesn't count any value for this real human values. "Doing manythings when you have nothing & doing something when you have everything" makes difference in organisation culture The senior management always ground to Earth.

Not good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Employee can't balance the their professional life and family life.
