...our family will get pension till your age of 60. But you need to died for this. Salary is in time. Your salary credit on last day of every month.

Dislikes

Management never think about lower management. No growth in lower management. Upper management get 2/3 of salary and lower management get 1/3 of salary. Bellcurve is very horrible. The people who don't know you decide your rating. Some times rating is given in the base of your face and your relationship with your boss. You need to do yes sir yes sir... Here new joiners get better salary than old people. No values for employees.
