There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. And they are not paying full salary becouse of covid reasons.

There is no interest in working because the salary is very low compared to the work. And The salary of the company is low for the people who have been working loyally for the last four to five years.

Management never think about lower management. No growth in lower management. Upper management get 2/3 of salary and lower management get 1/3 of salary. Bellcurve is very horrible. The people who don't know you decide your rating. Some times rating is given in the base of your face and your relationship with your boss. You need to do yes sir yes sir... Here new joiners get better salary than old people. No values for employees.
