... Its a typical jail, they destroy the careers of employee if they leave the job. No any befits like PF , Bonus, gratuty, no any other perks are given. MD of company are Cheapest. They are just doing exploitation of employees. They treat the employees like Animal. Its a typical "Bandhua Mazdoori". All the rights of employees are destroyed here. There is no dignity of employess.If any one is reading please dont try to join this company. This is worst company i have ever worked.

No benefits like EPF, bonus, Casual offs. Also the infrastructure is just pathetic..

It's a good company to learn for carrier Growth & opportunities.But Work & Social life balance not compatible.Work pressure too high.

As per Ludhiana culture we don't say anything about dislike of this company.But other benefits like Bonus,Lww,PF,are not entitled there in actual Basis

I won’t recommend this company to anyone who is skilled due to their worst HR policies and there is no platform of growth. There is no work life balance.
