I enjoyed working here, but I don't like that we can't get additional compensation for our unused vocation time after the year is over.

There are a lot of benefits working with DeepLogicTech. The management is friendly and understanding. You will learn and grow. The working culture is great and hence is it an amazing place to work.

...late, or leave early, you get a chance to make up for the lost working hours. There are no salary deductions for these reasons and the management is really understanding. If you wish to learn a new skill, you will have all the support. You also get to learn under the expertise of their seniors who have global experience.

...e. There is a lot of importance that the senior member give to the employees. No salary deductions on pity things, if you are late by 20 mins... no issues! Just complete your 8 hours and keep your manager well Informed. There is Flexibility in working schedule for employees who are also students who aspire to work along with their studies. There is an open door policy and you can address your issues very quickly to the senior most members and they resolve it like family.

There are a lot of things that I appreciate about the company that I work for, but if I had to narrow it down to just a few key things, I would say that I love the supportive and collaborative culture that we have here, the challenging and intellectually stimulating work that we get to do on a daily basis, and the sense of purpose and impact that our work has on the world.
