Good, duty shift is better.. good accomadation... seniors, doctors,and all are friendly.. more oppourtunity for studing new procedures and for achieve skills..

Sometimes over duty due to staff shortage.. no money for over time, only compensation...

... horrible HR. They don't stand on their promises made on joining letter as well. I had to leave in hurry because of exploitation at work, extremely low salary, promised 40k and ended up giving me only 29k.

I like most about DMH that they provide best patient care with all dedication...

I dislike about DMH is that they provide less salary as compared to work employees do and stress they take while working.Employee doesn't have time to look at themselves in term of eating food ,or health,leaves.I dislike more is that pressure employees take it from there head irrespective of correction of work and due to that pressure mistake continue happens from department worker...

Its a very good place to learn. The staff is very co operative .Clinical Engineering dept is excellent.Enjoyed working

The compensation is not as per market standards.Many unnecessary deduction from salary which are not justified

... category, you will get worst service. Money oriented business is only run here. In this pandemic, we experienced Loss of Pay, few staff had to resign as they were not permanent. Useless management ever I had seen. No appreciations are received though we work very hard since long

Dislikes

No work satisfaction as work is never appreciated. Managers do nothing but grab huge salaries as people under them work very hard. No appraisals and no salary increments for 2 years. Whatever hike was received was a penny and home budgets are not affordable due to penny increments.
