Its pathetic to work under such bad management and stupid changing policies. Job satisfaction is never upto the mark. Work culture is poor. Employees are not considered as their Assets but only Liabilities. Patient care is also worst, if you are rich enough you can afford private or luxurious rooms and you will get Best service fromhospital. If you are poor and get yourself admitted in General Ward category, you will get worst service. Money oriented business is only run here. Dislikes

No work satisfaction as work is never appreciated. Managers do nothing but grab huge salaries as people under them work very hard. No appraisals and no salary increments for 2 years. Whatever hike was received was a penny and home budgets are not affordable due to penny increments.

Not satisfactory as management is not co-operative.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
