Here such a environment to do work accurate peacefully and free mind and there are no mentally torching and if someone do any mistake ,company gives time to learn and do performance better.So i like its working environment with all employees. Someone can develop his skills in such an environment.

Salary ,increments bonus,etc are not better in present, may be possibilities in future.

The office has a weak work culture, as some of their senior management consume alcohol frequently on the office premises. Additionally, there is no clear department or higher authority to approach for support. Everything depends on the single person, the owner, including timely payment of salaries processing of reimbursements, or any type of support you need. Salaries are usually paid by the 20th of each month, but if the owner doesn't come in on the 20th in office, then there will be a delay in paying the salary. And if I talk about the reimbursement, then you may get it in 1 day or maybe in 100 days, everything depends on the owner's will. If you leave the organization, then you must prepare your mindset that you will be losing some sort of money from your expenses bill or maybe they won’t give you the full salary till the day you have worked giving you any kind of illogical reason.

Job Security Is nothing, work culture is spoonerism, management is un skilled, policy is threats to employee

no any team work individual are attached with owner,, not training yet, carrier growth are very low, etc
