Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Manager are not knowing him KRA they asked only application if executive have any issues then they saying we don’t no you resolve then what is role of manager only Abusing and shouting.very bad culture DEEM Finance appointed DSA.i had worked with this company in 2015 with DSA credit link group that time really work culture was excellent and got promoted.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture—policy not clear to underwriter-one case approved witch is closed the card month of March 2024 and case rejected witch is closed month of November 2023 last year..this is the knowledge.

I didn't like that the manager ask us to go our annual leave and let us make it local leave then they will ask u to come and advising you to come to office without doing biometrics so u can still work
