Not a good salary and hike, not a good work environment, force to work for more hours and didn't get any benefit or overtime salary for that, canteen facility very bad.

If you are a performer, you will like the company, Good salary packages are given to employees at the time of joining, But please be clear about the variable part they are never providing 100% of the deducted part

Company culture is good for logistics but not for the account department as your manager can hold u there for a long time & in the last moments

Location as it is located in a village with less facilities of public transport

It's better to be jobless than joining DEE. More than 100 employees aree fired in a single day notice.. Strict timing 0 work life balance Job security is zero.. Management is biased. Office is in remote area outside NCR.You will not find any service outside of the office. Even you will not find auto in case you have to go somewhere....

I got to learn a lot there which is probably very difficult to find anywhere else.

It is a common thing that department bosses in a company like to see those who follow them around. Even if you don't know anything, if you know this then you are good and your growth will keep happening. And a person who does good work is not always looked upon with good eyes.
