I had a disappointing experience with this company. During my interview, I was clearly told that the notice period would be 15 days in the probation period. However, I was abruptly let go without any prior notice, which contradicts the information provided. Additionally, my documents mention a 7-day notice period. This inconsistency reflects poorly on the company's communication and job security. In terms of company culture, I found it lacking in transparency and fairness. Employees should be treated with more respect, and clear, consistent policies should be in place to ensure trust and job security. Based on my experience, I would advise potential candidates to carefully evaluate the company's commitment to employee welfare before making a decision.

Becoming a part of this reputable organization is the greatest accomplishment in life. I was expand my understanding and skills during that time, and i adored the company's staff as a whole and it's MD. Mr. Amit Gautam ji. He is such a supportive person.
