I had a disappointing experience with this company. During my interview, I was clearly told that the notice period would be 15 days in the probation period. However, I was abruptly let go without any prior notice, which contradicts the information provided. Additionally, my documents mention a 7-day notice period. This inconsistencyreflects poorly on the company's communication and job security. In terms of company culture, I found it lacking in transparency and fairness. Employees should be treated with more respect, and clear, consistent policies should be in place to ensure trust and job security.
