...ill not involve in escalations, Manager will threaten you that he will put PIP with any reason, They will hold the salary if you are not coming to the office when manager will call ( site supervisors has to work on site till 6 in the evening and all the way they have to travel to HSR just to update the project status, which it can be done online)

Disgusting work culture .Full of office politics and informal behaviour with no work life balance and lack of professionalism.There is no system in this company everyone is involved only in politics and partiality.They don’t give leaves as they promise and will pressure you to no limit.

...orks above 7 pm until we wait for he's permissions for work progress............ but salary package is poor

Nothing is good in this firm.i don suggest anyone to join this company.the team coordination in the company is very bad.they don even encourage and support newly appointed employees

Worst company ever i have seen.they provide less salary and expect to work more.

Flexible timings. The management is super supportive. salary on time. Plenty of opportunities to learn new things. Overall great place to work.

Dislikes

It`s a 6 day per week working for Decorpot. It does make sense for the business model, but can affect the work life balance a bit.
