... to work on Sundays too and you have to be keep begging for money all the time .And the most hilarious thing was every employee had to pay 20-30k to join the company which was distributed among anirudh and his team .objectified girls also and I have heard cases where they had physically assaulted some of the lady employees .I clearly remember the last day when I was like this is it .....I am very happy leaving the organisation

...ke that credit and if you don't fulfill requirement then they only blame on you. they dont give salary on time . not provide proper resource to field team and cut their expanses and salary. i have 10 year experience in telecom sector as a project manager but this the most worst company i have experianced

It helps a lot to gain idea about Telecom .some of the employees are gentle and some are terrible .Bt if you are passionate and want to gain experience then it is a good company

Decon is such a worst company I have ever worked with they only know how to deduct the salary of an employee.There is no security for job also.
