Management is very driven and highly motivated towards each and every employee growth. Work culture is very good and your work life balance is also yo maintained easily. Seniors are very cooperative

Dislikes

...ept new changes there is a lot of chances to grow. I don't see any major issues. Although Compensation is good yet need to take care about the compensation as per the industry standards.

Since the day joined upgrade learned a lot of new things. They provide wide range of courses We can do our creative ideas here. There is not work pressure on our head @the time of work. Supportive management. Good work life balance

Average pay. Not much benefits

People are very friendly in Decision minds.. All follow discipline and culture and if you are in bench then there is less chances of job security but if you are in project your job is secure.

So, there is no much benefits and compensation as i worked here from last 1.5 year but didn't get any hike whenever i ask to my managers they said next month.. but i dont know when will be the next month.. so this is the only cons in Decision minds.

...f you be in bench of few months,your job is safe with full salary every month. * Salary on time,no extra deductions. * Too many on going projects, so you have lot of options. * Less work load, possible to keep work life balance. * Available in almost every city in India with top notch office infrastructure. * Onsite opportunity is there.High chance.

Nothing as dislike. Everything was good.
