Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. For fresher DPA is the best company.

...month notice period...As well as we can use only 1 compensatory off in a month.. Salary is decent.

Work Culture is decent in some teams. Company Policies are below average and targeted towards company's welfare. Decent Job security but one can never be safe in an private company.

Compensation is very less compared to peers & Low hike. Monotonous work. Good only freshers. One should not work more than 1-2 years.

...vides time and experience to moulding their employees as per their requirements. They have not deducted any single rupee from any employees salary amid this pandemic, instead they have hired more than 100 employees and gave increments to their existing employees as per their performance.
