Very bad management. There is a lot of dirty politics. If someone passes information to the manager, they get a higher salary hike. A group has formed, and they don’t allow others to stay. Zero benefits except for the salary. Terrible HR policies. The HR team ignores terms and conditions, applying them inconsistently from one employee to another.

Worst rules, no respect for employees, we need to do extra hours of work to company for free, if you not listen there rules they just stop your tumb punch with silly reasons 🤣🤣🤣.
