I would be happy even 1 person gets to relaise from what i been posting.salary deposites on time and increments would be like 7-10% yearly.promotions without any salary hike in percentage more than 15% for about 4year minimum.social welfare of the company residencies is terrible.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good.good facilities are in company.good give bonous every year.

Politics problem are the Company.salary is decent but career growth is very slow on the job training is not given to new joinees

The team work was fantastic... the employees culture was nice... good company to learn

Salary is poor compared to the market... travel policy is very poor... management doesn't have a vision and developing the present employees... the team work was good may be 5 years back.. now it is worst

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
