The team is young and driven. Rarely, you will come across anybody over 30 at this place. Even the ones there are young in spirit. As a result, you don't find office politics. From time to time, you everyone parties just as hard as they work. The interior is wide and open, as it should be for any team involved in creative pursuits. The management has been approachable and understanding in my experience. I've seen them go above and beyond to push the team to upskill and offer growth. As far as you carry out your responsibilities in a timely manner, you can expect them to be flexible too.

Dislikes

Hiring at times feels rushed, without adequate screening of the employee which then leads to quick fires. Nothing wrong with firing people if they are unproductive or unwilling to improve, but I feel like with more stringent hiring, it would save everybody's time. From what I hear, this is being worked on. Not Debox issues but worthy to note: The parking of this business complex has been a headache on multiple occasions. There aren't any good eateries at a walking distance, so you'll either need to order or carry lunch with you.

Debox has provided me with a diverse range of opportunities to learn and contribute to various projects, spanning from basic websites to comprehensive custom ERP solutions. This exposure has significantly accelerated the development of both my logical and technical skills.

For a fresher who is new to the industry it was a learning experience. Got to learn more about how the industry works. Learned as much as tools I can with the help of my senior's there who were willing to help.

Coming from a quite different background and interning at Debox Consulting was a great experience. I felt a sense of ownership and belongingness from day one. With adequate guidance and support, I felt motivated to learn and contribute to my best.
