Not Gives salary to our employees. if you can not find a job for any company they you can join this company for a time pass, until you can find a good job. don't come to make a career with this lala company.

Leadership team are very weak.. and creates pressures on ground team to hide their inefficiency. No training Policy.. Company will recover money in case of any loss. Ground level work pressures is extremely high because of Manual Works. No HR Policy..Job Security is completely NiL.

Company is growing day by day and now become unicorn but in terms of salary I’m still getting pay like a executive and i have joined dealshare since May 2020 currently I’m working as a assistant manager but salary growth is 0 in dealshare.
