Company is growing day by day and now become unicorn but in terms of salary I’m still getting pay like a executive and i have joined dealshare since May 2020 currently I’m working as a assistant manager but salary growth is 0 in dealshare.

Flexible working hours, on time salary and good support from senior members.

Job stability is questionable, fear of layoffs every now and then. No clarity on business road map and lack of strategy and long term vision.

You will be able to learn a lot and can prepare yourself to survive at the bottom of sea.

...ion. There is gap between higher management and ground/middle management team. Employee work environment and salary issue were not taken care of. Worst in terms of planning and execution. Not suitable for long term carrier.

... own mistakes and some low level employees have to face the issue and got fired. Also don't pay salary for 4-5 months, they don't have any proof and they just blame and fired not even ask for f&f, employee has to take support from Court n legal. This is the Dealshare
