You will be able to learn a lot and can prepare yourself to survive at the bottom of sea.

Dislikes

Lacks in infrastructure, technology,HR policies, employees welfare and orientation. There is gap between higher management and ground/middle management team. Employee work environment and salary issue were not taken care of. Worst in terms of planning and execution. Not suitable for long term carrier.

Work life is in repeat mode with less facilities to cope up with new challenge. also changes were done in time of few hours without planning and results were shifted to ground team.
