This company is very cheap. Environment is not. They have not provide offer letters, experience letter & etc, salary cycle is very late. They use cheap language with staff. No job security, they will kick out any one any time.

Yah ek ghatiya company hai kirpya inke jhanse me na aaye Dealsdray is a fake company where the boss makes the employee do the work but does not pay the salary for when employee lept the job. Management has also deteriorated. Totally fraud company.

Actually environment of the office is good. Every employee here is very nice and helpful. Management is also good in helping employees.

Actually management interference in work is very bad. Salary cut from HR department is frequently even every month without any specific reason. You can't work here independent, need to work on words of management only.

...tting rent agreement with self declaration and local bank statement for support. They don't even bother to pay for wasting my time and energy for 10 days straight. Before joining they communicate everything over phone, whatsapp NO WRITTEN MAIL not even the selection letter or document verification mail, and when asked for mail they will give lame unprofessional excuses over network. All employees I communicated and interacted have employee duration of 11 months max to 1 year even the company age is over 5-7 years. Probationary period only one leave from 2nd month and that too can't be accumulated of forwarded. Simply Waste of time and energy ,Try other offer.
