work intensity at festive times increases due to peak loads, slight impact on work-life balance during deadlines.

open to queries and a problem solving approach, the management is extremely helpful, the most important thing that i really appreciated is that no-one steals the credit of your work here.

execution time after planning is less a little more time can help us prepare better for execution of strategy.

didn't find anything that i can mention here. some up and downs happens in all companies to be honest it not smooth road always.

Open culture to work with senior staff. Accountability and control of work given is superb. Internal escalations are faster solved. Bi-yearly office trips.

Sometimes called to work on a weekend (Saturday). Like you can say once in 4-5 month though compensated but still weekend is weekend.

Highly motivated team to work along, inputs are appreciated at all levels, quick resolution for any issues.

Dislikes

Small up & downs comes up in every company. So dislikes are basically something i wont write unless it makes a difference.
