Only salary (without the pay slip ever coming on time though)

The management expects miracles (which only God - if he exists can make), without knowing the zilch of technology. Most of the senior managers are in their current position only because of their past connections (which are rampant in the industry and more so in this country called India) and not because of their merit. The power, which is in the wrong hands (in the industry - someone who is not even a Computer Science graduate is at the helm) is wielded according to their whims and fancies. Unnecessary pressure is created without understanding the consequences or the depth of technology or the pain points of an engineer. No recognition whatsoever for all the hard work that you did. People are fired without notice and for the wrong reasons. The management cannot take any constructive feedback. Please do not join this company at any cost. It is hopeless and bound to fail with no future.

Great teammates. Work from home. Good leave policy. Office looks great.

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Zero appraisal or promotion even after working round the clock. Company has no direction. It's all gone downhill ever since the acquisition by Solera. Clients are leaving left and right. There is no appreciation of hard workers. I could go on.

I think this is a shell company established by some fraud people. I have seen many people get hired here and layed off within days they join. I'm one of the unlucky guy who got lured with their fake offer

Dealersocket was acquired by Solera. The company is in shambles since. They have taken a policy of only freshers are needed and they are the future of the world hence all experienced candidates can be rejected. The freshers have already got a hike in 6 months while the experienced candidates who have spent more than a year in the organisation have had only a discussion about the performance, there is no talks of paying people their due hikes and even the HR team has no clue of when it will be even communicated let alone paid. They also do layoffs on a regular basis and firing people based on the data they receive from the activtrak tracking info. Honestly they have fired the entire HR team. They call themselves Product company and have fired all product owners. Almost all products are in maintenance mode . They have also created a new QA team and its a tug of war between the dev and QA team management and the ones to pay the price are the resources.
