Family run business interns and freshers are exploited- Entry-level employees often face unreasonably high expectations and excessive workloads. many lack professional guidance job insecurity employees being informed at short notice that they must leave the organization without clear reasons provided ineffective HR support there wont be no HR support Unreliable leave policy Planned leaves are often canceled at the last minute creating additional stress and inconvenience. No working life balance.No employee satisfaction. Planned leaves got cancelled. 16hours of working rveryday. No week offs.Nothing is good. Very poor management. After working full day, giving your best employee will be harassed. Employer will send you in- appropriate and disappointing message.If you ressign this company the Senior HRBP will harass you that they will take leg actions ifyou left the company

The best thing in Dealermatix is that you get hands on experience on the work which is being provided to you as the training is quite effective & efficient. You get to travel across the world which is a great way of learning!!
