Workers are very sociable and always adopt to change when the need arises. De Simone maintains a high standard and workmanship and to not compromise on delivering superior quality for it customers. Should problems arise during construction, it willingly address the issues at hand and solve the problem till it gets to the last bottom. Working with De Simone gave me the opportunity to travel across the country to work and also made me to embrace different culture and people in Ghana.

Though growth is at a high pace, organizational culture and hierarchy is very poor. The various heads of departments are not respected by the foreigners and tend to dictate as though heads of departments do not know their roles and responsibilities.
