Should problems arise during construction, it willingly address the issues at hand and solve the problem till it gets to the last bottom. Dislikes

Though growth is at a high pace, organizational culture and hierarchy is very poor. The various heads of departments are not respected by the foreigners and tend to dictate as though heads of departments do not know their roles and responsibilities.
