No job security They are using Directors use employees for their own benefit. The director has also not seen that the employee has given so much time to the job. As per director choose..sone employee are work on office and specially employees are work from home.work from home given to any special employee. Favourite employees. Work pressure

Biggest mistake of my life I've ever done by joining this company. Anyone will easily get depressed, frustrated within 3 months of joining only. Very poor management and policies. No proper trainings and even director don't know the regulatory work. Just a postman data management work like BPO companies. Better to search for any other company.
