Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It is a small scale company but the work environment is very good. The all company staff are co operative and intelligent they taught us politely. The company believe in new person given big responsibility. I will gain lots of knowledge from them..

The company has got good machine setup and technical team and devoted people. Customer base is also good

No growth, very poor work environment, no value for any innovative ideas, personal attention and politics by the management
