Very low salary, low self-esteem, no creativity in the work, favoritism for flattering employees, no respect for fresh ideas, management constantly keep efforts in fooling employees through small small events so that they lose concentration on their 'take home'. No bright future for employees. They are just nuts and bolts of a big profit making machine for the owners.

1. Work place sexism while promotions, site exposure, transfers 2. No health insurance or other benefits 3. Lower salary and negligible pay increase

Waste your career in this company. maximum employees have no any idea of work knowledge.its just time pass no any have skill Technics. Company only depends upon contractors.and every thing asking to contractor and always bigger

Its a company owned by three partners an all have different temperament and all are temperamental. All directors lacks creativity but are good businessmen. Office is basically their machine where they feed-in the projects and look for profit as output without worrying about employees futuristic career or the creative development in the project. Employees are just mechanical parts without much personnel value or emotional connect. Salaries are low and often delayed. They try to grab payments of their consultants/ vendors to maximum extent as possible. If you're flattering the management, thing will be okay otherwise you're at risk doesn't matter how dedicated/ productive you are in the works.

1) Don't have proper roadmap Or planning of work, they just randomly assign any work without proper clarification 2) Lack of communication between HQ team and State Team, Don't bother to share information or call you until they need some information or data from state. 3) Leadership qualities are not upto the mark 4) No career or skill growth opportunity
