Management Good.

Dislikes

At the time of my notice period during lockdown i worked as per company policy. But i don't get full salary. Only 50% received. I fought with HR almost 1 year but they didn't respond. Lots of political issues between Employees.

Manager Account HOD is blunder and seems to be he has worked in barbar shop or Mochis, doesn't have knowledge of accounting and doesn't have the smell of Taxation law simply making the politics and shows the extra smart to management but management believes him it means that is totally blunder and funny thing. Worst work culture.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
