campany has very good ambience to work ,hr team was coperative to all of employ who is working there, Team leader is also very cooperative.

Work satisfaction - Good

in case of urgnecy they don't provide leave.we have to convince our hr team so that i can get leave,they provide 15 minute grace period at entry time.

Working with DDC Broadband was a good learning experience about the internet industry. The technical managers were very cooperative and so was the team. The transparency regarding work responsibilities was amazing.

Dislikes

There was, to a certain extent, ambiguity as the directors were not in sync with the critical decision making. So at times, implemented decisions were revoked only to be re-implemented later. That kind of hampered the smooth working of the organization.
