The immediate group,m and colleagues and the salary are good. Nothing else.

Dislikes

The senior management, the hiring process and the HR are really bad. Whenever they talk (rare), they only talk dreams and rainbows and butterflies. Absolutely no transparency (the open-door policy is just a jargon that they think is cool to mention on your first day), and only works on blame-game and fights. The first agency which lacks unity. And yes, the bathrooms stink and is the favorite spot for cockroaches and there are rats jumping on tables.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. And some supervisors are behave with me like bossy I didn't like that : (

When I joined, it was a good team and compensation was nice. Focus was on people

selfish top management, no focus on teams or good work, no growth opportunity for existing employees, politics,unhealthy work environment

I admire the fact that there's transparency between upper management and lower team members. We work as a team rather than working in silos

Working for a greater goal should be a unified thought and acted upon that

Some interesting work and some nice people.

Dislikes

Senior management, no appraisals or reviews, a lot of pressure, zero recognition, refuse to hire more people to save money, no work-life balance, barely any benefits
