Worst management, you have to work here more than 8 hrs daily so you will get 100% variable pay. Manager is always shout on floor directly. Maximum increment will be 10%. You have to show your best here to stay as long as in a company.

No Indian holidays Variable pay will get only 50% Company PF and employee PF gets dedicated from employee salary Health insurance also deducted from salary as it has no use because insurance company doesn't consider cover your whole family members it includes only wife and spouses etc. No pick up facility available No festival or birthday celebration here.

They always say thanks to us for our work and now this time say thanks to DCT who is not deducting our salary and we are getting salary on time as usual. We are working like a family and it's really great place to work together.

No job security as DCT Abu Dhabi works on a contract basis in India with a representation firm. All employees lost job post covid as the contract was suddenly dismissed with due to lower budgets.
