Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Climate.....situated in a hill station

Dislikes

Centre of drug trade and abuse, teachers aren't recruited to teach but do telecalling and bring admissions, students don't come there to study also, they pass by mass copying, evident if u check the exam hall cctv cameras

Likes

Freedom - for students as well as faculties. Even though you have a lot of work to do here not too many interventions. You are the boss of your job but accountable too. Location - cold, timid and serene.
