Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

... are non cooperative with juniors... Too much fake rumours among one another... Salary delays every month without any information... They Don't provide Salary slips to employees... They Don't provide experience letter.... Will not recommend anyone to join this company....

... departments have chills in between office hours 9-5 as well as weekends too. 2. On every statement they mentioned on things that is - we deduct you this day salary. 3. No future scope only work and rework in project there is no progress.

...pany according to his nature and apply nonsense things in technical department. If you deny or not completed your task on same day,,your salary will deduct. 2. If you speak in comparison or according to HR policy against the operation team,your salary will hold for a 3-6 months. 4. No work-Life balance culture here. 5. As you appointed as a Technical department you are also responsible to complete Non technical task also on the priority basis.

My experience with this company is very nice that sir corporate every time and learning is much more. Environment is nice. It give me nice opportunity to complete our project like dial 100 and watershed etc. Now i left this job due my personal problem.
