... departments have chills in between office hours 9-5 as well as weekends too. 2. On every statement they mentioned on things that is - we deduct you this day salary. 3. No future scope only work and rework in project there is no progress.

If you speak in comparison or according to HR policy against the operation team,your salary will hold for a 3-6 months. 4. No work-Life balance culture here. 5. As you appointed as a Technical department you are also responsible to complete Non technical task also on the priority basis.

My experience with this company is very nice that sir corporate every time and learning is much more. Environment is nice. It give me nice opportunity to complete our project like dial 100 and watershed etc. Now i left this job due my personal problem.
