I have learrnt to create HOTS question and my interpeesonal skills also got enhanced. People have sense of belongingness ,here and always come forward to help each other. Transparent and open culture.

Covid-19 has made the teaching vulnurable, I donot like the liberty taken by children or parents to approch teachers through phone as sometimes children call in the odd hours. Though school does not promote add hours calling,but it becomes a habit in children.

Likes

As a teacher , I am learning as much as I am teaching. Technically the school is very advanced and has a futuristic panorama. A promising future to mold the leaders of tomorrow. A dedicated teacher has a lot to offer and learn in such a congenial environment. Management is par excellent in helping and supporting the new budding staff. It's a privilege to be a part of a great professional team.

Working at the school feels nothing less than working with a family. The school provides a friendly and stress free environment which is a great deal. The staff is really supportive and eager to help when needed.

From what I have observed since my first day was nothing but a really good environment to teach and learn. Therefore, I don't have any dislikes about working at the school.

Working here at DC Model is a bliss in itself.It has been 16 Years working here now. The school works on the sole mission of 'Learn to serve' the society.The school prepares its students for the lifetime. Time to time onjob trainings and workshop enrich the potential of teachers and give them an opportunity to excel professionlly as well as spiritually.Students are also given ample opportunity to take part in intra and inter school competitions.Working amidst co-operative as well as understanding co-ordinators and co-teachers and developing and learning something new each passing day under the able guidance of Our Director sir Shri B.B. Gupta ji and Principal Madam Usha Gupta ji , is a lifetime experience.May my school flourish and takes proud in creating responsible and determined citizens who later on put our nation on the path of progress.

I don't have any complaints from school but I would like parents to be more co operative and work as a team alongwith teachers to take the best out of their child.

I want to express my gratitude to the Director Sir, Principal Ma'am and my colleagues for providing the guidance and support which became instrumental in helping me achieve my professional gaols. This institution always adopts the latest technologyand is known for its ethics and human values. I am so proud to be a part of this esteemed institution .

As such I don't find anything wrong or bad in this institution. The working environment is very conducive for professional growth.
