The overall work culture is very good. Company has multiple product baskets and we can learn and experience different situation during working.

Compensation is good but growth is slow.working time varies from 12 to 16 hours in a day.

Compny hr team is doing good work and salary is also good. But they are not improving canteen food and transportation.

Canteen food is worst and transportation bus is not good. Management need to improve in some areas.

DCM shriram is focus on values of company ethics. all festival enjoy at company level very well. joining process is very smooth, even induction program interesting, growing company so learning opportunities very high. all colleague are very supportive. Management level facilities are very attrective. No any objection on taking leave

Dislikes

...work will disturb your all personal life schedule even your mental stability. Bus service is not upgraded, canteen facilities is on contract so you have to pay high amount and food quality is very poor. HOD behavior's is not in favor of engineers, argue with us even on small thing infront of everyone like helper, rigger, fitter, contractors. we have to feel shame every time. most important thing is appraisal, Only GET have best option to get higher n higher %. normal person get very less even with promotion. 10 years of GETs level and 10year of non GETs are ultimate difference at the end in terms of personal and financial growth.

Nothing to like there only you get salary on time otherwise you will regret that why you stuck there.

there is no work culture for employees zero safety zero work life balance, everything is Zero you have to pay fo Chai also

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Bad atmosphere in company area and heavy polution in shrouding areas
