Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Likes

Getting to go and work in different places and learning about different aspects about the RAC industry. I also find that the mentality of this company is one of growth through learning from the past. Even though you make mistakes you're encouraged to try again and do better

Dislikes

The working hours are long and engineers are not fairly compensated for these hours. Seldom times the company will favor the client regardless of logic.
