DCC infra is one of the leading manufacturers of waste segregation machines. and deals with 100+ bulldozers and construction equipment. overall all employees and senior nature and behavior are good and supportive. and that is the best company to learn and grow. and timing is 10:00 to 7:00. and 6 days working in a week. the working environment is neat and clean & have a pin-drop silence in the office and all employee is skilled and focused on the work.

1. Company give you the chance to shine your skills to every step of work. 2. Mr Saurabh Aggarwal & his brother (Mr Arpit Aggarwal ) both are very knowledgeable person and share his experience of work with employee for doing successive work. 3. Senior of particular department (Specially HR Mr. Radhey Shayam) is very polite and good person. He always take care his employee.

Last 7 Months I am working here and till now no anything feel & see which don't like by me.

My experience is good here I have learned more things in a company. As my role is to handle recruitment part I have developed my skills and special thank you to pooja mam and Radheshyaam sir they both has help me alot in my work and very supportive to me

Dislikes

Not providing leaves to employees and if they getting marriage or any other problem like health/family problem they will not lensen and they will tell your Performance is not good/ not upto the mark or give will any reason on mail then remove the employees or make them to resign it self.
