Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

too difficult to sell bank's financial services.they consider themselves as a pioneer in the banking industry. Management is bad ..trainers are even more worse .one of the trainers mohit frequently call the CSM to keep the check .no matter what time it is.he will call you again and again and threat you about the job

It was a worst experience. One side they say we give you salary on the other side they say buy HI, LI for yourself, they use old school methods. It is not a bank it is a shop.
