...am work at branch level work. Operations and Sales both are differently working. Operations people are seating ideal and getting good salary and bonus as well. Pls change the culture otherwise attrition will be higher in future. They are the liability for the organization and if you compare with other organizations, operations people are enjoying a lot. Pls change the culture 🙏

It was a worst experience. One side they say we give you salary on the other side they say buy HI, LI for yourself, they use old school methods. It is not a bank it is a shop.

Illustrate staff, my former supervisor even don't know how to write an email.and he claims that he have 15 year of experience.

Terrible senior management asking for unrealistic targets with a daily changing product focus. Terrible company policy which changes almost daily not a considering a bit about the ultimate customers.
