There are so many politics.no support from superior.all case were set by credit team. whether it legal or technical all decisions given by credit team Only.i strongly recommend don't join this organisation for business purpose.

Work culture is very poor. pressure will be built since day one. Their products are very limited but their expectations are very high. You need to have a lot of references to survive in this bank.

Management is bad ..trainers are even more worse .one of the trainers mohit frequently call the CSM to keep the check .no matter what time it is.he will call you again and again and threat you about the job
