...eammates and branch people are not supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they are not given good salary hike and bonus for this year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

There are so many politics.no support from superior.all case were set by credit team. whether it legal or technical all decisions given by credit team Only.i strongly recommend don't join this organisation for business purpose.

Work culture is very poor. pressure will be built since day one. Their products are very limited but their expectations are very high. You need to have a lot of references to survive in this bank.
