...njoy our weekend. 2) Nothing to learn. They just take work according to need. 3) very less salaries. 4) they keep 10th certificate while joining and dont accpt resignation soon. There is 45 days of notice period also.

See, if I talk being a content writer they don't judge you on the basis of interview. If you believe in yourself and your potential of getting things done they are willing to give you a chance. After all, everyone learns by mistakes and by doing something. However, if you did not learn despite being in your probation period of 90 days then you really need to do something else rather than working damn hard for which you are not able to work out.

Dislikes

Despite working for over 2years now, there is no consideration on team growth and skills improvement. Where the world is moving towards AI, data science and IOT, we are at such a level where we don't have knowledge about all this. And when any such projects come we just have no idea how to handle with them. It's just me who tries to make sure about everything because i understand how it feels when you get a negative feedback from the client. So I just leave no stones unturned even when I don't have any idea what the project is about. Of course, researching is all we need, but that is not everything. You must have to have background knowledge about all the niches whether it is about AI, IOT, REAL ESTATE, MENTAL HEALTH and all.

The most I like about Dbug is it will appreciate your skill. If you have got that then I don't think that you will face any problem in getting a job here and so do the success. Secondly, if I talk about my role as a content writer. Here I got to work on multiple projects which not only helped me to manage a lot of tasks in a minimal time. I also moved to the next level in diverse writing skills which was truly my aim as a content writer.

The company deals with different niche clients and I got to work with many project categories. No pressure work and work-life balance maintained by the organization. Friendly environment and cooperative management staff.

Dislikes

They don't provide much of the holidays for festivals. Also, unsatisfied with the appraisal terms.

Working at Dbug Lab Pvt Ltd is a very good opportunity because here work environment is very good. You can learn a lot as everyone in company work as a family and you can ask any doubt to your seniors . And everything else is also good.
